Chest Workout Routine
If you ask any woman the most attractive body part on a man they are going to say the chest about 75% of the time.
All guys want the best looking and strongest chest they can get. You are able to make your chest look any way you want if you know what you’re doing.
You need to realize that the chest can handle a lot of weight. Some guys can bench 500 pounds! That is a lot of weight to lift.
So start training your chest with heavy weight because it can take it. But start with push ups because they will get you ready for the big weight.
As with all things in life you need to start at the beginning, even if that means you will only be lifting 40 pounds.
You have to feel each rep in your chest when doing workouts. Don’t bench weight so heavy that your form suffers because you will not get the same pump in your chest.
If you are putting up 250 pounds and don’t have a good looking chest you have messed up along the way.
