As more people today begin to believe in reincarnation. It is hard to decide the best way to start on the journey of remembering your past lives.

A good tool that can prove very beneficial when referred back to is a journal. In your journal you will need to record all your thoughts and feelings. Even those that seem inconsequential to you at the time.
