When you first think of Crocs, I’m sure you think of them as an everyday, around the house type of footwear, right? Well, you’re in for a surprise, because Crocs are also perfect for your next camping trip. When deciding on a shoe for your camping and hiking excursion, the main thing you want to look for is safety. Crocs not only provide this safety, but they also have many other features that will promote your thinking of Crocs as no longer just a shoe to be worn around the house, but to anywhere your feet will take you.

Crocs are shoes known for their comfort and versatility. If you’re camping or hiking and on your feet often, you can count on the Crocs to keep your feet comfortable and pain-free. The comfort is what has largely made Crocs the phenomenon of a brand that it is today. It’s a shoe often worn by doctors and nurses simply because they believe the comfort can’t be beat.

Aside from comfort, Crocs are ideal for camping and hiking because they have a non-slip grip. They were originally designed around the basics of the non-slip and non-marking sole. But it’s that exact quality that makes Crocs ideal for camping and hiking. They are safe and reliable.

Nowadays, most styles of Crocs have a sole that grips exceptionally well. This is perfect for those climbs up steep mountain sides. When taking a step, you want to know that your foot isn’t going to start sliding back down. If you’re up for a test run, take your Crocs to a hilly area, and walk up the hill. Notice the precision and strength the Crocs provide with each step.

When the hike is all over, there is nothing worse than getting back to your campsite and feeling so worn out from hiking that you can’t enjoy the surroundings. After a long hike, it’s common for your feet all the way up to your knees to be aching, however, with the shock absorbing sole in Crocs, your aches and pains are a thing of the past. With each step, Crocs will absorb the impact of the ground instead of putting that burden on your feet and knees. Now, when the hike is all over, the fun has only just begun, and you can continue running around and enjoying nature.

Most people associate Crocs with lighter wear, but they are also appropriate for heavier use, like hiking and camping.
